A convenient, no excuse training tool for anywhere!

I will be making an order of about 50 jumpropes today.  I highly encourage you to purchase your own either through here or any other place (I don’t care, I just want you to have your own!)  It is a great tool and is very convenient to travel with.  Also, the personal ropes you guys have at the gym will be soon making there way over to “general population” jumpropes.  If they are left here, they will be free range for others to use them like they have been, they will just be in one location to help eliminate confusion is all.

Details: Today is the day to register for the “Fall Strength Challenge”in Oroville for November 19th.  This venue is awesome, 5 WODs in one afternoon with wicked programming.  Talk to me if you are on the fence.  If you consistently go “Rx” for my programming, you should be ready.

Details: Great week of training this past week.  We did learn a couple lessons though, hydration is key as well as coming in with food in your system!  Food is fuel, fuel up!

Team WOD of today’s RCF WOD, nice video to watch!

Today’s WOD was also a team WOD we did, the rep scheme was slightly more since there were four team members.  It’s the second WOD of the video.
